Indochine - The asian restuarant in downtown Parker. We worked the client closedly during this transition of designing and relocating the equipment from their present location to this new and improve space. The square feet is double their original place. The kitchen is compact and functional. We have the cooking line with the Wok and the supporting cooking equipment on the right.
The Wok comes fully equip with water faucet, reservoir, and drain line to floor sink. Directly across from the cooking line is the refrigerated prep table for their ingredients. The prep sink with reach-in refrigerator and landing table on the otehr side. The dishmachine is a low temp machine with soiled and clean area. |
